Who we are
Radphys ("we", "us") operates radphys.net and connects medical physicists and dosimetrists with hospitals, cancer centers, imaging facilities and companies. You can reach us at Contact@radphys.net or (865) 661-9269.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form or email us, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, organization or credential, state, the type of engagement you're interested in, and anything you choose to write in the message field. Physicists and dosimetrists may also send a CV containing employment history, certifications and licensure.
Professional contact information from third parties. We maintain a directory of medical physicists, dosimetrists and radiation oncology decision-makers assembled from business-information providers and public professional sources. This is business contact data — names, job titles, employers — used to identify people who may want to work with us or hire through us.
Technical information. Standard web server logs, and analytics if and when we enable it.
What we do with it

- Verify credentials, board certification and state licensure
- Contact professionals about relevant opportunities
- Administer contracts, scheduling and invoicing for placements
- Meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your CV, credentials or contact details with a client organization without telling you, and we do not submit you for a role you have not agreed to. We do not send clinical or patient information through this site — please never include patient-identifiable information in a form or email to us.
Who we share it with
We share information with client organizations only in connection with an engagement you've agreed to, and with service providers who operate our systems on our behalf — website hosting, database hosting, email delivery, electronic signature and payment processing. Those providers are permitted to use the information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where legally required.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and professional profiles are retained while there is an active or reasonably foreseeable working relationship, and thereafter as needed for legal, tax and contractual obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to Contact@radphys.net. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour opt-outs promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — tell us and we will apply them.
Security
Information is held in access-controlled systems, and credentials and contract documents are restricted to those who need them. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can reach data by default rather than opening it up by default.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
